Have you noticed the cool-looking workers that run everyone's Dispensaries? Did you notice that others might have a different Dispensary worker than yours?
The person you see working in the Dispensary (yours or others) is completely random! We don't actually have a way in which you can change this avatar and it is selected at random when people visit.
Who knows, this might be something you can select/change in the future! :)
